If you are looking for a place to call home, we also sell and rent our renovated properties in many cases.
Or if you are looking to own a home but don’t quite qualify to purchase one — based on things like self-employment without a W-2, or lack of credit history — we may be able to help you acquire a home through a “lease to own” option.
